No Return, No Refund Policy

At Ekta Wire Machines Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide high-quality products and services. All sales are final. Once an order has been placed, confirmed, and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

We do not accept returns for any products purchased through our website or direct sales channels unless the product received is damaged due to manufacturing defects or is incorrect as a result of our error.

In the event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@ektawiremachines.com along with photographs and details of the issue. After verification, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the product at our discretion.

Ekta Wire Machines Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to reject any return, replacement, or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
